The warehouse has a clear spring height of 13 meters and a 30-meter deep yard leading to the warehouse face. It features a Power floated FM2 floor which can withstand a load of up to 100kN. For accessibility, there are high-lift sectional overhead dock doors, with two dock doors and one on-grade access point provided. Additionally, a 5-meter deep canopy is installed over all dock doors for added protection.

The warehouse walls above the floor level are constructed from face brick, complemented by an RC dock face. The workspace is designed for maximum flexibility, offering an open plan office space. Power provision ranges from 147kva to 212kva.

The warehouse roof is equipped with photovoltaic solar panels and LED high bay lighting, while natural lighting filters in through the warehouse's vertical surfaces, thanks to the installation of polycarbonate translucent sheeting.

This facility is fully compliant with ASIB standards, including a complete sprinkler system linked to backup pumps and tanks. Should the tenant require it, there's also a provision for in-rack sprinklers. Additionally, water backup tanks are in place, ensuring that the facility remains ASIB compliant.
